Hi, I’m Dana.
I’m a mama of three and a birth & postpartum doula.
Each of my births was its own journey. One came too early and taught me about fragility and strength. Another ended in a cesarean, showing me what it means to surrender and trust. My third was a natural birth — a healing experience that reminded me of the body’s wisdom.
These stories shaped me, softened me, and gave me a deep knowing: every woman’s path into motherhood is unique. There is no “right” way — only your way.
As a doula, I don’t take control or make choices for you. I walk beside you, holding space, offering calm presence, comfort, and gentle guidance. Sometimes it’s a hand to squeeze. Sometimes it’s breath in rhythm. Sometimes it’s just the quiet reminder: you already have everything you need within you.

My Philosophy
Birth can feel overwhelming - hospital routines, pain, unexpected turns. Without continuous support, many women feel left alone, unheard, or rushed into decisions.
A doula changes that. With a doula by your side, you’re never alone. You have someone completely focused on you - your wishes, your comfort, your rhythm.
Research shows that with doula support:
- labor is often shorter,
- pain is easier to manage naturally,
- interventions (like inductions or c-sections) happen less often,
- and mothers feel more confident and positive about their birth experience.
For me, being a doula is not just a job. It’s a calling - a way of serving women and families with love, trust, and presence.

- Birth support starting from active labor (5+ cm dilation) until 1 hour after birth
- 1 postpartum home visit (up to 4 hours)
- 2 weeks of online support after birth
